Step 1: The bride and groom must be at our offices at the predetermined time

Step 2: Before the nikah, the bride must sign an affidavit affirming her free will

Step 3: A Nikah ceremony will then follow after the recitation of the Holy Quran, complete with the Nikah ceremony and Ijab-o-Qubool

Documents Required for Court Marriage in Pakistan

  1. Copies of the CNICs of the bride and groom are required.
  2.  To prove your age in the absence of a CNIC, we need to see a B form or another educational document like a matriculation certificate.
  3.  Copies of CNICs of two witnesses. We will arrange witnesses for you if you do not have any.
  4.  If you are in a second marriage, then you will also need to submit the Divorce or Death Certificate of your ex-spouse. The second marriage must also be approved by the Union Council.
  5.  The bride must sign an affidavit attesting her free will and consent (we can help you with this).
