After Marriage Love with Wife

“Muhabbat,” meaning love in Arabic, comes from “hubb(a),” which is a seed that every human being possesses. That is to say, we should realize that love (or rather, feeling) is a function of the heart, just like seeing is a function of the eye.

Pakistani law allows couples to legally wed through a court marriage if they exercise their right to marriage.

There is nothing complicated about court marriage. It is quite straightforward and simple to follow. Marriage by a court of law is an official union between a man and a woman.

It is conducted before a Registrar/Magistrate, who makes the marriage legal and official, with the assistance of a lawyer.

A marriage contract known as Nikah-Nama is issued and registered by the local Nikah Registrar. Your local Union Council is responsible for issuing your Nadra marriage certificate. As a matter of fact, if a marriage is not registered, it is a criminal offense.

COURT MARRIAGE IS A BASIC RIGHT OF EVERYONE IN PAKISTAN

In Pakistani society, court marriage might have serious consequences. Generally, people’s basic rights are not respected in traditional societies. Families may react strongly to the marriage of choice of a couple. It is possible for the bride’s family to file an FIR for abduction and charge Zina against the husband of the bride and his family for harassment and later request a divorce. The girl’s statements, however, invalidate the FIR and render it baseless.
